Description

This red wine is the result of a balanced blend of Touriga Franca (40 %), Tinta Roriz (40 %) and Tinta Barroca (20 %), emblematic grape varieties that give identity and character to the final profile. The grapes were hand‑picked between 9 September and 12 October, ensuring a careful selection and preservation of the raw material’s quality. The alcoholic fermentation took place in stainless‑steel tanks, with controlled maceration at 25–26 °C, allowing a smooth and balanced extraction. About 25 % of the wine aged for nine months in used French oak barrels, adding complexity, structure and subtle wood notes without compromising the expression of the fruit. It displays an intense ruby colour, with an elegant, fruity aroma. On the palate it shows good body, firm tannins, excellent balance and well‑integrated acidity, delivering a long, fresh and harmonious finish. A versatile wine, designed for relaxed, shared moments. With 13.5 % alcohol, this wine is suitable for vegetarian and vegan diets. It is ideal for pairing with meat dishes and a variety of cheeses, making it an excellent choice for everyday consumption or special occasions.
