Muxagat The grapes for this wine come from a specific plot on our estate, Quinta de Vale Cesteiros, situated at about 500 m altitude and 40 years old. Upon arrival at the cellar, they are placed in vats where fermentation starts with gentle maceration for roughly a week, after which they are transferred to French oak barrels for an ageing period of about 20 months.
