It delivers an intensely aromatic wine, bursting with citrus notes of lime and lemon, practically a shot of Vitamin C. The schistous terroir imparts a remarkable minerality, making it truly distinctive. The vibrant, almost rebellious acidity is beautifully balanced by a refreshing sweetness, with lingering tropical fruit flavours.
