Niepoort Riesling is one of the great white grapes in the world. Since 2003 we have been exploring this grape in the Douro, inspired by the Mosel region, where the grape shows all its potential, creating incredibly light and precise wines with a perfect sugar/acidity balance. Riesling Au Au, like the dog, is a faithful wine with a very playful identity. **Vinification:** The 2018 harvest was excellent for the Riesling. The weather conditions that year in the Riesling vineyard area allowed perfect maturation and health, keeping high acidity levels and avoiding high alcohol content. The harvest took place at the beginning of October, and after refrigerated transport to Quinta de Nápoles the grapes were carefully selected and then pressed delicately, without any maceration. After about 48 hours of cold decantation, the wine was filtered and fermented in stainless steel at low temperatures to preserve its aromatic intensity. **Allergen information:** contains sulfites.
