In the fifth generation, Dirk Niepoort was born—a forceful figure in the wine world, recognized as one of the most important personalities to have worked, and still working, for Portuguese wine. He has collaborated with dozens of producers, helping them improve their wines and better understand their vineyards, while also building his legacy with those who continually create bold, unconventional wines.
