Fermented *in-bâton*, as it should be, it delivers a beautiful complexity of orange peel aromas. The bright acidity provides a lovely counterpoint to the wine’s generous body, resulting in a remarkably fresh and vibrant experience. Absolutely perfect with those pastel de Massa Vita, or perhaps a selection of aged cheeses.
