This “Straniero” from Rocim, hailing from the Dão, seems to have taken a long holiday for the palate. The Toura Fina and Bobal grapes certainly took their time adding a touch of mystery to the recipe, with their vibrant and slightly herbaceous personality. The result is a red wine that challenges classifications, boasting a refreshing acidity that makes you question everything, and a complexity suggesting the producer wasn't content with simply making a good wine – but rather, crafting an experience that pairs wonderfully with a hearty beef roast.
