This Offley Clink is a delightfully refreshing white wine, bursting with citrus notes that certainly wake you up. But don’t let the lightness fool you – beneath the surface lie complex aromas of white cherry, beautifully driven by the Gouveio grape. There’s also a delicate floral influence, reminiscent of Moscatel. On the palate, the acidity is impeccably balanced, showcasing fresh white stone fruit and finishing beautifully with, perhaps, a grilled white fish with lemon.
