The oldest plot at Herdade do Rocim has always been lovingly called “Olho de Mocho” because of the abundance of the spontaneous flower Tolpis barbata. Due to its special nature, it could only give rise to a unique, authentic wine now named “Olho de Mocho Single Vineyard.” It displays a citrine hue, with mineral, vine‑like aromas and hints of coal. The palate is full, with excellent acidity delivering intense freshness, a notable body, and a final structure that promises longevity.
