OlhoGordo comes from the base of an old vineyard situated at about 500 m above sea level, with the Serra da Estrela as its backdrop. It is a blend of the region’s native grape varieties, produced with minimal winemaking intervention so the terroir can truly shine through, while also highlighting the wine’s potential for ageing.
