The National Cellar commits to storing all wines at the correct temperature and humidity, but always maintains the visual appearance inherent to their age. We curate selections of brands and regions that, normally, reveal distinct characteristics in tastings of old wines. However, we note that wine is a living organism exposed to time, and even inside a bottle, its aromas evolve in various ways. Thus, the National Cellar cannot be held responsible for the product’s quality, as it is an aged wine. Our recommendation is to open the bottle and let the wine breathe beforehand; this will help release its natural aromas after so many years sealed.
