Gure Arbasoak means “our ancestors” in Basque, so this txakoli from Bizkaia is a tribute to the Oxer family’s forebears—those who shaped its history—and directly references the prehistoric caves of Santimamiñe, close to the vineyard that supplies the grapes, which were once listed as UNESCO heritage. The wine itself is a barrel‑fermented white with plenty of character, offering a nose of ripe fruit and wild nuances, and a fresh, long‑lasting finish on the palate.
