Produced at Herdade do Esporão with Touriga Nacional and Trincadeira, it offers the elegance only the Alentejo’s terroir – and patience – can bestow. Its long finish and complex aromatics, featuring red fruit and spice notes, are a testament to the quality of the vineyard and the winemaker’s skill. Wonderful with beef or dishes featuring mushrooms.”
