This Verdelho from Herdade da Lisboa certainly took a detour – I wasn’t expecting such a Burgundian influence! Remarkably elegant and surprisingly complex for this Alentejo terroir, it’s a delightful surprise. Perfect with grilled fish or a classic Bacalhau à Brás, wouldn’t you agree?
