The wine Page Tinto is produced from the Touriga Nacional grape, sourced from a 0.92‑hectare vineyard in the Óbidos denomination of origin. Production places special emphasis on environmental and health issues; the grapes come from vineyards certified under Integrated Production standards, resulting in a carefully selected, concentrated batch. It presents an intense ruby colour, bright appearance, elegant and defined aromas of small berries, with vegetal balsamic notes, hints of dark chocolate and a subtle toasted oak from ageing. On the palate it is balanced, with lively and present acidity, polished tannins that are harmonious and well integrated. The finish is elegant, intense, fresh, and generous in mouthfeel. Quinta do Porto Nogueira was founded in 1738 and remained in the same family until the mid‑20th century. The current owners acquired it in the early 21st century. The 20 hectares of vines are planted on clay soils, influenced by the natural microclimate of the foot of the Serra de Todo‑o‑Mundo and by proximity to the Atlantic Ocean, about 20 km away. A dry‑planted vineyard that exhibits unique characteristics, unrivalled freshness and natural salinity. Thus, the wines are marked by their singularity.
