Papa Figos Tinto

Description

This wine is crafted from grapes sourced from the Douro Superior sub-region, particularly from Quinta da Leda and local growers with vineyards ideally facing north and at higher altitudes. Following destemming and gentle crushing, the grapes are transferred to stainless steel tanks, where a controlled alcoholic fermentation takes place. Light cap punches are performed during fermentation, carefully managing the contact with the skins.
