This Pasmados from the Setúbal Peninsula is a delightful surprise – a truly vibrant red with bright notes of fresh red berries and a subtle spice that really captures the salty character of the terroir. The producer, who’s already garnered a medal at the International Wine & Spirit Competition, clearly knows how to coax out the distinctive personality of this grape. Wonderful with grilled fish or, dare I say, a perfectly cooked black pork dish.
