Pata Choca White is a distinctive wine crafted from Arinto and Chardonnay. It presents a crystal-clear, pale straw colour. On the nose it offers a notable intensity of ripe tropical fruit, citrus, stone fruit and tía aromas. On the palate it is fruity and fresh, with a good body, silky texture and a long, satisfying finish. Based in Sobral de Monte Agraço and founded by Diogo Zuzarte Martins, Adega Moor continues a family business that began in 1946 with the Zuzarte family. Known for their determination and hard work, they have carefully invested over the decades, amassing around 200 hectares of own vineyards in the Lisbon wine region of Alenquer, which supply part of Adega Moor’s production.
