The Patrick Javillier Corton-Charlemagne Grand Cru blanc is a wine made from Chardonnay grapes grown on just 0.17 ha in the renowned Les Pougets climats, on the Corton hill – one of the most prestigious origins of whites in the Côte de Beaune. Facing south and fully hand‑touched, the terroir expresses itself here with great precision. Harvested early to preserve natural acidity, it shows a clear golden colour and deep aromas of hazelnut and fresh walnut, with notes of apple and gooseberry. On the palate it is mineral, vibrant and concentrated, revealing structure, finesse and a striking finish. A Grand Cru with great presence and longevity. (Illustrative image only)
