The Patrick Javillier Cuvée Oligocène Bourgogne Côte d’Or white is crafted from Chardonnay grapes grown on limestone plots on the southern slope of the Côte de Beaune. It offers an elegant aroma, marked by subtle floral notes and a well-balanced minerality. On the palate it is full, fresh and vigorous, with a citrus touch at the finish that extends its persistence.
