Pequenos Rebentos: a set of nobility and versatility from three well‑known grape varieties, Alvarinho, Loureiro, and Trajadura. Producer/Winemaker: Márcio Lívio Duarte Lopes. After manual harvesting and transport to the cellar in small boxes (18‑20 kg), the grapes were destemmed and macerated for four hours, preceded by light pressing and 48 hours of decantation. Fermentation was carried out at a controlled temperature (14‑15 °C) for 15 days. Pairs very well with salads, fatty fish, white meats, and grilled dishes.
