Pequenos Rebentos Region: DOC GREEN WINE Origin: Sub-region of the Cávado Soil: Granitic origin Vinification: After a hand‑harvest and transport to the cellar in small crates (18 kg–20 kg), the clusters were destemmed, followed by a light press and 48‑hour decantation. The wine then spent six months in stainless steel. Pairing and longevity: Salads, fatty fish, white meats, and grilled dishes, served at 12 °C. It can be enjoyed immediately or within the next five years, provided it is stored lying down in a cool, dry place, out of light and with no temperature fluctuations.
