This Peripécia Pinot Noir Clone 777 is a delightfully rebellious red, certainly not playing by the rules. That Clone 777 brings a surprisingly vibrant and unusual colour to the table. Stainless steel fermentation combined with French oak delivers a beautiful complexity – a lively acidity, a substantial structure, and a finish that lingers beautifully. Excellent with duck and red berries, naturally.
