Porfía Blanco is made from a blend of indigenous varieties typical of southern Iberia, also found in the Jerez region from which this wine originates, without any biological or oxidative ageing. The blend features grapes such as Indiana, Jaén Blanco and Vijiriega, the latter also common in the Canary Islands. It is aged for nine months in used French barrels of 220 and 300 litres, and it stands out for its citrusy, saline and mineral mouthfeel, while offering aromas of white flowers, stone fruits or quince in the aromatic phase.
