Description

This Pormenor Reserva clearly enjoyed a bit of a contemplative period before revealing its full potential. Following a rather generous decant – complete with a discerning selection, of course – it presents with a beautifully floral and mineral nose, subtly enhanced by toasted notes acquired during barrel aging. On the palate, it’s undeniably impressive, boasting a vibrant acidity that demands attention, alongside a substantial body and flavours of citrus, green apple and a surprisingly exotic hint of pineapple. Definitely a wine that would pair wonderfully with grilled fish or a seafood feast.
