The National Cellar commits to storing all wines at the correct temperature and humidity, yet it always preserves the visual appearance inherent to their age. We select brands/regions that, by nature, reveal distinct characteristics in aged wine tastings. However, we note that wine is a living organism that, even within a bottle, undergoes different evolutions over time. Consequently, the National Cellar cannot be held responsible for the product’s quality, as it is an aged wine. Our recommendation is to open the bottle and let the wine aerate beforehand, which helps release its natural aromas after many years of closure.
