Porto Alegre White Branco

Description

Fortified white Port wine, produced by Quinta do Portal in the Douro region of Portugal. Made from traditional Douro Branco grapes, it shows a pale golden color and intense aromas of ripe white fruit, dried fruit, and subtle notes of honey and vanilla, a result of aging in oak barrels for about 3 to 4 years. On the palate it is smooth and balanced, with good natural sweetness, integrated acidity and a persistent finish, reflecting the classic elegance of white Port wines. The velvety texture and aromatic complexity make it versatile, both for direct consumption and in sophisticated cocktails. Ideal with fruit‑based desserts, mild cheeses, dry desserts, dried fruit, or simply as an aperitif.
