Description

Born from the century-old vines of the Serra de São Mamede, this Procura Branco is a bold statement. Winemaker Susana Esteban has crafted a remarkably fresh wine, meticulously selecting hand-picked, deeply concentrated grapes. The blend, incorporating Moscatel alongside the traditional Portalegre varieties, undergoes careful winemaking – including temperature control and aging in used French oak barrels. The result is a mineral, layered wine with a persistent, almost demanding finish, earning it a well-deserved 93 points. It’s a fantastic match for grilled fish or shellfish, truly showcasing the best of the Alentejo.
