With its name, Puput Pét‑Nat pays tribute to the puput, a common Mediterranean bird also known as abubilha, as lively and elegant as this natural sparkling wine made by the traditional method. The Xarel·lo, called Pansa blanca in the region, shows its crispest and most surprising version here. A distinctive feature of this style is that it is sold sealed with the same crown cork used at the end of fermentation, without disgorgement.
