Born under the watchful gaze of legendary predecessors, this Puységur XO Armagnac is the very embodiment of tradition from the Bas Armagnac region. Crafted from sandy, toasted soils – a legacy of centuries – and utilising Baco, Ugni Blanc, and Folle Blanche grapes, it unfurls a wonderfully complex and characterful nose. Distilled solely in column stills, it then matures for an extended period in dark oak *demijohns* sourced from the Monlezun-d’Armagnac forest, resulting in a smoothness and flavour depth worthy of a truly exceptional Armagnac. Absolutely sublime with aged cheeses or a dark chocolate indulgence.
