Description

QMF Vinification: The grapes were mechanically harvested and destemmed before being pressed in a pneumatic press. The must was clarified by static sedimentation for 30 hours, and the clear supernatant was decanted into a stainless‑steel tank where alcoholic fermentation took place at a controlled temperature. To preserve a slightly astringent profile, fermentation was stopped when the sugar content reached 6 g/L. Prior to bottling, the wine was stabilized and filtered.
