It presents with a clear appearance, ruby colour, fine bubbles and a very persistent foam ribbon. The aroma is intense, dominated by fresh red fruit notes. On the palate it delivers the same aromatic sensations, is very smooth and balanced, has good body, and is fairly fresh and elegant. It also shows good lingering taste and the mousse is smooth and well integrated.
