The Quilate Colheita white comes from a meticulous selection of grapes from the Gouveio, Viosinho and Cercial varieties, sourced from plots older than 35 years and others around 10 years. It is vinified using the “bica aberta” process and slowly fermented in stainless‑steel tanks at controlled temperature, then aged in stainless steel to preserve freshness, fruit and youth. It presents a pale yellow colour with greenish reflections, tropical aromas of banana and pineapple, and on the palate it reveals itself as intense, fresh and enveloping.
