This wine presents a deep purple hue, boasting an intense aroma of violets and ripe blackcurrant from the Touriga grape, complemented by the characteristic spices of Cabernet Sauvignon and further complexity gained from barrel ageing. The mouthfeel is well-balanced and full-bodied, confirming the floral and intensely ripe black fruit character. It finishes with remarkable intensity and excellent length. We recommend pairing it with game, lamb, or spiced meats, ideally served between 16-18°C.
