Quinta da Boa Esperança In harmony with nature and ancient wisdom, we created an authentic wine that transports us to an old experience. It comes from clay‑limestone soils where the vines that produce this regional white wine of Lisbon, Quinta da Boa Esperança, are planted—a blend of 50 % Fernão Pires and 50 % Arinto. Winemaking: Whole‑cluster pressing followed by careful fermentation: 80 % of the batch ferments in French oak barrels, while 20 % ferments in stainless steel with a controlled temperature between 10 °C and 12 °C, ensuring the preservation of primary aromas. After fermentation, the wine ages for 4 months with bâtonnage in a tank, followed by a 9‑month rest on fine lees, providing texture and complexity. Allergen information Contains sulphites.
