In harmony with nature and ancient wisdom, we crafted a genuine wine that transports us to an old‑world experience. The vines that give rise to this regional white from Lisbon, Quinta da Boa Esperança Arinto, thrive on clay‑lime soils. Vinification: a 100 % hand‑picked harvest for 15‑kg barrels, whole‑cluster pressing, and fermentation at 10–12 °C for 90 % of the lot, with the remaining 10 % finished in French oak barrels. After fermentation, the wine undergoes roughly four months of bâtonnage and six months of fine‑lees rest.
