This rosé is a real showstopper, boasting a colour that’s almost otherworldly, brimming with cassis and raspberry flavours that seem to have sprung straight from the Douro Valley. The freshness is remarkably vibrant, underpinned by a beautiful acidity – perfect alongside grilled fish with a squeeze of lemon to really let the fruit sing.
