Located at the entrance of Évora in Alentejo, in the historic Pera Manca area, lies the small 5‑hectare estate, Quinta da Confeiteira. Despite its name, the estate has a long tradition of wine production, with old vats still in use today where wine is made using the methods left in the region by the Romans.
