Quinta da Costa do Pinhão’s white wine displays a golden hue derived from bulk fermentation. On the nose it offers predominantly reductive aromas, with mineral nuances of gunpowder and damp stone, intertwined with stone fruit, citrus, and white floral notes. The bouquet is enveloping and complex, with a subtle toast from the barrel and hints of white pepper. In the palate it feels very fresh and intense, featuring vibrant acidity alongside a solid body, structure, depth, and longevity—drink now or age in bottle.
