This tawny port is clearly a vintage year – a truly generous one, judging by the 94 points bestowed by Robert Parker. It’s intensely complex, a delightful dance of nuts and honey on the palate, undoubtedly reflecting the soul of the “Vinhas Velhas” terroir from the Douro. Seriously, pair it with a good OPA cheese or a duck with orange – you won’t regret it.
