Lagoalva Arinto & Chardonnay Reserva is crafted from the well-regarded Arinto and Chardonnay grapes. The Arinto, fermented in stainless steel, lends a refreshing character to the nose and palate, beautifully complementing the smoothness and complexity of the Chardonnay, which was fermented and aged in new French oak barrels. Expect pale yellow hues and a complex aroma of white stone fruit, with pear and alperce notes, alongside vanilla from the oak. On the palate, it's full-bodied, fresh, and balanced, pairing wonderfully with seafood, lean fish like salmon and tuna, and as a delightful aperitivo.
