This Selecta from Quinta da Plansel started a little cool, fermented at 14°C in stainless steel – a decision that, let’s be honest, doesn’t quite lend it the robust character you’d expect from a proper Alentejo wine. With Arinto, Antão Vaz and Verdelho working their magic, you can anticipate a refined, perhaps even slightly restrained expression. It would pair wonderfully with grilled white fish or a generous plate of clams.
