This Field Blend from Quinta da Ramalhosa is a little Dão gem – a passion project by Micael Baptista, who, in 2016, decided to revive a family estate’s heritage. The Alfrocheiro and Touriga Nacional blend beautifully, presenting piney aromas alongside a touch of bergamot, perfectly echoing the region's character. It’s an elegant and rustic wine, a match made in heaven for dishes like slow-cooked pork with red berry compote, as the producers themselves suggest.
