At Sino, the image used has always been that of the 18th‑century bell over the main gate of the Quinta. The grapes for Sino come from various parts of the estate, with a predominance of Touriga Francesa and Tinta Roriz. Fermented in stainless steel tanks for six days, followed by malolactic fermentation for two weeks. 100% aged in 225‑liter French oak barrels for ten months, 30% from the second year and 70% from the third year.
