**Quinta da Roseira – 2011 Red Wine** This 2011 red wine comes from Class A vineyards (the highest designation in the Demarcated Douro Region) planted on loamy, nutrient‑poor soils. The predominant grape varieties are Touriga Nacional and Touriga Franca. All vineyards are cultivated under certified integrated production, with an emphasis on minimizing negative environmental impacts. **Vinification** - Grapes are transported in 20‑kg crates. - Mechanical crushing with partial destemming. - Fermentation takes place in a crusher with mechanical pressing. - Indigenous yeasts are used. - Malolactic fermentation occurs in a stainless‑steel tank. - The wine ages in both tank and French oak barrels, both new and used. - Bottling occurs on the estate, without clarifying or filtering, on 5 June 2014. - 199 magnum bottles were produced, all individually numbered. **Viticulture** – José Carlos Oliveira and João Roseira **Enology** – Luís Soares Duarte and Fátima Ribas **Allergen information** – Contains sulfites.
