This Quinta da Silveira Reserva is a white wine that certainly delivers a touch of exuberance – a little bit of a showstopper, really. The prominent notes of Muscat grape, honey, and floral aromas are driven by the Malvasia Fina and Codega grapes. Beneath the richness, a remarkable firmness is provided by the Rabigato, lending a truly compelling structure. It’s a wonderfully creamy wine with a surprisingly fresh finish, and would pair beautifully with grilled fresh fish or a classic white wine-braised chicken.
