Avô Fausto red from Quinta das Bágeiras is a wine that prioritises elegance and authenticity, combining Baga and Touriga Nacional grapes from carefully selected plots in Bairrada. It is vinified traditionally, with open‑air fermentation and ageing in used French oak barrels and a wooden cask, revealing a distinct profile marked by notes of spices and wild berries.
