The history of Quinta das Bágeiras already reflects three generations of work, yet it was only in 1989—under Mário Sérgio’s leadership—that the estate began bottling and selling its wines, quickly becoming a benchmark in Bairrada and across Portugal. Though crafted following ancestral methods, Quinta das Bágeiras’ wines are never fleeting fads; they remain forever in style, revealing each harvest the character of the region and its producers.
