This Cuvée TT from Quinta das Marias certainly wasn’t made with its eyes closed – a bold blend of Baga and Touriga Nacional. The vibrant, slightly taut character suggests a wine that isn’t shy about showing its personality, a quality that earned it the Sommelier Recognition in 2022. It pairs beautifully with grilled fish or a nice steak.
