**Quinta d'Azinheira** **Region:** Douro – Baixo Corgo sub‑region The Quinta D’Azinheira produces wines in the place of Azinheira (Santa Marta de Peneguião), located in an extraordinarily beautiful amphitheater on the left bank of the Rio Corgo, exclusively from its own grapes grown and tended on the estate at elevations between 300 and 400 m. **Soils** are loamy with high stoniness. **Winemaking:** Fresh grapes are hand‑picked into 20‑kg crates, transported to the cellar and subjected to rigorous selection, destemming, and pressing in a vertical press. The resulting must is clarified in an 8 °C stainless‑steel tank for 48 hours. Alcoholic fermentation proceeds at a controlled 12 °C for 30 days.
